Notice of unauthorized access to email security services used by Kioxia

The Kioxia Group uses an email security service provided by Internet Initiative Japan Inc. ("IIJ"). The Group received a report from IIJ that the service was subject to unauthorized access and the email addresses of employees of the Group may have been leaked to outside parties. According to IIJ's report, there has been no leakage of the content or headers of emails, nor other information regarding our customers or business partners.
As a precaution, Kioxia asks you to be wary of suspicious emails purporting to be from Kioxia.
In the event that new facts come to light that should be announced, we will do so immediately.
